Terms & Conditions

Appswant is an independent website that lists, reviews and links to apps and games. We do not sell or host apps; downloads happen on official stores and developer websites.

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.

When you post a review or submit an app, you confirm it is honest, your own work, and doesn't break any law or anyone's rights. You give Appswant a free, worldwide licence to display, edit for length and share that content on our site.

All reviews and submissions are moderated. We may reject or remove content at any time.

• Fake, paid or misleading reviews.
• Spam, advertising or links to malware or pirated software.
• Hateful, abusive, illegal or adult content.
• Trying to hack, scrape or overload the site.
• Pretending to be someone else, including a developer.

The Appswant name, design and original writing belong to us. App names, icons, screenshots and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify and describe their apps.

We are not responsible for apps you download or for third-party websites, including their content, pricing, security or privacy. Your use of any app is governed by its developer's and store's own terms.

Appswant is provided “as is”. We try to keep information accurate, but we can't guarantee it is always complete, current or error-free. See our Disclaimer.

To the extent the law allows, Appswant is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or any app you install from a link on it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Appswant or ask us to delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms. Questions: hello@appswant.com.
