Welcome to Appswant Appstore Marketplace (“Appswant“, “we“, “our“, or “us“). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website, mobile apps, and related services (the “Platform“).

1) Who We Are
Appswant operates a digital marketplace where users discover and purchase apps and services from third-party developers (“Publishers“). For marketplace operations (accounts, payments, analytics), Appswant is a data controller. For data collected inside a third-party app, that Publisher is the controller. Please review each app’s privacy policy.
2) Information We Collect
A. You Provide
- Account: name, email, password, company, role.
- Profile & support: preferences, tickets and messages.
- Billing: payment method, billing address, transactions (via payment providers).
- Publisher data: app details, metadata, releases, payout info (incl. tax IDs where required).
B. Automatically Collected
- Device & log data: IP, browser/device, OS, language, referrers, pages viewed, timestamps.
- Usage data: clicks, features used, search queries, performance and crash logs.
- Cookies & similar technologies (see Cookies).
C. From Third Parties
- Payment/identity verification providers, analytics, fraud-prevention services, and (for Publishers) tax/KYC partners.
3) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Platform (account creation, purchases, app delivery).
- Process payments, subscriptions, refunds, and payouts.
- Secure the Platform, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce policies.
- Communicate with you (service notices, transactional emails, support).
- Improve the Platform (analytics, testing, research).
- Comply with legal obligations and tax/accounting requirements.
- With consent, send marketing or product updates (opt out anytime).
4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)
We rely on: contract (to provide services), legitimate interests (to secure, improve, and market our services), consent (for certain cookies/marketing), and legal obligations (tax, reporting).

11) Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not intended for children under 13 (or as defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.
12) Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
13) Third-Party Links & Apps
The Platform may link to third-party sites or include third-party apps and SDKs. We are not responsible for their practices. Review their privacy policies.
14) Publisher Responsibilities
- Provide accurate privacy disclosures for their apps;
- Collect/process data in compliance with applicable laws;
- Implement appropriate security; and
- Honor user rights requests where required.
15) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post the new “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
